Carpenter

• A completed level 3 education in the construction field;  

• A flexible and stress-resistant attitude; 

• Creative, result-oriented, and integer; 

• You possess a VCA-basis diploma or are willing to obtain it;  

• Strong communication skills.

As an Allround Carpenter or Concrete Carpenter at Willems Bouw, you will be the key point of contact on our construction projects, working alongside the foreman/site manager. You ensure that all construction flows on your projects run smoothly, and you have a lot of contact with our construction partners, clients, and your colleagues on-site.

The activities that you will perform will look as follows:

• Independently performing all occurring carpentry work on the construction site in consultation with the foreman/site manager;

• Your activities are very diverse, working in industrial environments as well as activities in associated offices;

• Independently performing all occurring carpentry work in industrial construction based on documents, drawings, and instructions;

• Identifying opportunities to perform the work more easily, simply, better, and/or more safely and proposing improvement suggestions for this;

• Rectifying unsafe situations, reporting accidents, near-misses, dangerous situations, and actions to the Site Manager.
