  In accordance with the Cao Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a similar position for which you are applying.

  This is what we offer you

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group A through E: between € 3,032.00 and € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours). The exact gross guaranteed wage depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

• A smartphone.

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership.

• You will receive a travel allowance and travel hours are reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement (cao).

You will be working on our beautiful utility and renovation projects for the Kleinbouw department. In this role, you will carry out all activities as a carpenter. You will do this for various clients in the Twente region and together with your colleagues! It is a plus if you have experience in similar activities.
