Formwork Carpenter

• You have several years of work experience as a (concrete) carpenter, preferably in civil concrete construction;

• You are a team player and can also work well independently;

• You are meticulous in adhering to measurements and have experience in reading construction drawings;

• You possess a valid driver's license;

• You possess a VCA diploma, or you are willing to obtain one.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group D: € 3628.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, there is the possibility that you will receive a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience. 

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

• A smartphone.

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership.

• You will be provided with a company car and travel hours will be reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement (CAO).

As a formwork carpenter at Dura Vermeer, you will use your craftsmanship to contribute to the construction of beautiful works in the Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and Gelderland regions.

This will be your job
As a formwork carpenter at Dura Vermeer, you will work on projects that are important to the Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and Gelderland regions. Together with your colleagues, you will create and install formwork and work on concrete structures for, among other things, bridges, tunnels, locks, and quay walls. You will ensure that the work is carried out neatly, safely, and according to agreement.

In this position, you will use your professional knowledge and work with various tools and machines. You will read drawings, work accurately with measurements, and think along on the construction site. Together with the project team, you will ensure that the work proceeds smoothly and that projects are completed on time. Every day, you will work on visible projects that you can be proud of!

This is where you belong
You will be working in the Dura Vermeer Infra Regional Projects team in the South East region. There is plenty of room for initiative in this team, and if you have ideas, we would love to hear them! You will also be given the opportunity by us to develop in areas where your passion lies. Our regional office is located in Den Bosch, but the region covers Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and part of Gelderland. It is an advantage if you live centrally in the region, as we will need you on various projects.
