• MBO thinking and working level (for example in the direction of environment, defense, fire brigade/firewatch), but we find commitment and motivation even more important!
• Safety is second nature to you!
• Ready to continue developing and follow mandatory training
• Driving license B (E). Driving license C is a plus
• You remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always have your affairs well in order!
• Flexible availability due to irregular shifts
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience

• A salary between €3,150 - €3,800 per month for full-time employment
• No less than 30 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour work week

The Incident Management department of Strukton Milieutechniek is ready day and night to resolve emergency situations!  No two days are the same with us; a new report can come in at any moment. That makes the work extra exciting and challenging!

As an Incident Coordinator, you ensure that (environmental) incidents are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Think, for example, of cleaning up a carcass, collecting nitrous oxide cylinders, or cleaning up a small paint or oil spill.

But you are also at the helm during major calamities, such as cleaning up drug waste, oil spills, or road accidents. No incident is too crazy for you! You manage everything from start to finish: you coordinate the action, ensure the client doesn't have to worry about a thing, and keep everyone well informed.

And once the incident is resolved? Then you ensure that everything is neatly concluded with a clear report and the correct administration.
