The Zeeland region holds no secrets for you, and you are well-informed about market developments. Due to your solid background, you are a valuable interlocutor for our SME clients. Personal contact is your foundation for good cooperation, and you advise on the various aspects of business operations. Additionally, you characterize yourself as a builder and a doer, so you leave no opportunity unused to bring a new client on board. Expanding the practice is therefore your focus.

You get energy from working in an enthusiastic and motivated team and you know how to bring out the best in people, thereby empowering them. You oversee the whole picture, know how to steer the process where necessary, and do not hesitate to deploy the leaders within the team to take the lead.

In this autonomous role, you are also involved in decision-making regarding the strategy of Baker Tilly and its translation to the work floor. Such themes are central to the Partner/Director consultation, which takes place across service lines. Additionally, you form the MT of the SME A&A service line along with several colleagues.
