Corporate Finance Intern in Amsterdam

From day one, you will be fully involved with your team and work on providing guidance for the purchase and sale of companies, management buy-outs, business valuations, and arranging financing. Your clients consist mainly of medium-sized (family) businesses spread across the entire Netherlands. This gives you a look into various different operations. Of course, you can go to anyone with all your questions (yes, even the partners!), but you will at least be assigned a mentor. • You are enthusiastic about mergers and acquisitions and strategic issues in the field of market, customer, and competitor strategy.

• You have completed a master's degree or are in the final stages of your master's in finance, economics, or (technical) business administration

• You can communicate excellently, both orally and in writing.
