As an Accountant AA, you are the point of contact for entrepreneurs who need financial insight, strategic advice, and a reliable sparring partner. You hold ultimate responsibility for the quality of files within your portfolio and ensure that clients can count on expert advice and high-quality service.

You work closely with clients and colleagues and translate financial data into concrete insights that allow entrepreneurs to make better decisions.

Your duties include

• Being ultimately responsible for the quality of files and activities within your client portfolio;

• Compiling, reviewing, and discussing annual accounts and financial reports;

• Advising agricultural and SME entrepreneurs on financial and business management issues;

• Identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement within companies;

• Maintaining and further expanding sustainable client relationships;

• Guiding, coaching, and supporting colleagues based on your professional expertise.

You recognize yourself in:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in accountancy or a similar field;

• An AA or RA title;

• Experience within accountancy practice;

• Experience in an advisory role towards entrepreneurs;

• Strong communication and social skills;

• A proactive, independent, and quality-oriented working attitude;

• The ambition to further develop yourself and others.
