Water & Climate Consultant

Location: Holten, Nieuwegein, Amstelveen, Eindhoven, Breda (Hybrid)

For our Water & Climate business line, we are looking for experienced medior/Senior Consultants who want to apply their expertise to current themes such as water safety, climate adaptation, urban and rural water management, and soil issues.

Aveco de Bondt is an independent consultancy and engineering firm that designs, researches, and advises. As a Consultant within the Water & Climate business line, you will work on projects that contribute to a safe, healthy, and future-proof living environment. You will advise on issues in the field of water safety and/or urban water challenges and/or soil. In doing so, you will translate policy and research into sustainable, practical solutions that are executable in practice.

You will take a leading role in projects, mentor less experienced colleagues, and know how to convince clients with your knowledge and experience. You combine substantive expertise with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach and contribute to innovative and realistic solutions with your fresh perspective and courage.

You are an experienced professional with courage, who gains energy from collaborating and making a difference in practice. Additionally, you bring the following:

• At least 5 years of experience within the field of water safety, and/or urban or rural water management and/or soil and climate adaptation;

• Strong communication skills and the capacity to inspire both clients and colleagues;

• The ability to translate complex issues into feasible solutions that suit practical application;

• Affinity with commerce and client contact is a plus.
