Our practice is growing significantly in the energy market. We are proud of this because it allows us to realize our ambition to make an impact in this field. We help and advise companies such as Alliander, Enexis, Gasunie, Schiphol, Port of Rotterdam, and many other companies to realize their energy transition. We do this, for example, by drafting strategic plans and ensuring the correct implementation so that the intended value is truly realized. In doing so, you will work together with employees at the client and, of course, others at nlmtd.

Our consultants work daily on challenging projects to make companies future-proof. Your knowledge and experience can be a great addition to this, so that together we can contribute to a better world. What do you bring to the table?

• Experience at a consultancy firm with a primary focus on and experience in the energy and utility sector (3 to 7 years)

• University degree (a STEM profile is a plus) due to analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

• Team player: you are well able to collaborate

• You speak Dutch and English

As an entrepreneur, the conditions are as follows:

• 80% of the rate is for you, 20% you contribute (as an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd)

• Commission of 12% when you bring in assignments for nlmtd'ers

• Working on challenging projects within your personal interest

• Monthly training program to develop your consulting skills and other skills

• Unlimited fun with all nlmtd'ers

• Helping to build nlmtd in a strongly growing environment

• Through the nlmtd fund, as a consultant you can use your expertise for organizations with great social impact, which are normally out of reach due to budget constraints. By voluntarily contributing 1% of your rate, you help make this possible.

Via the Apply now button, you can respond to this vacancy. We have designed a clear process, without unnecessary rounds and introductions. We try to schedule round 1 and round 2 as quickly as possible after one another in good coordination with you. Our approach is as follows:

• Step 1: respond to the vacancy, including motivation, transcript, and a short game via the equalture platform.

• Round 1: interview and introduction

• Round 2: two case interviews to get an impression of analytical and presentation skills

• If we both see a match and are enthusiastic, we will conclude a partnership agreement and you will start!
