What you'll get

‘You create impact, we make it work’. That is why we fully support you in your growth with annual (inter)national training days, a mentor who supports your development, the opportunity to follow a course or training at a prestigious business school, and tailored leadership training. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive excellent secondary benefits. Think of 30 vacation days, an electric lease car, a non-contributory pension, and a contribution to both your health insurance and your sports membership. Moreover, we offer you plenty of flexibility for a good work-life balance. The combination of all these factors makes Roland Berger a great place to work.

The role

What you'll do

You will work for nationally and internationally operating clients in various industries. We work intensively in teams and maintain close contact with our clients. That involvement always delivers the best results.

As a Consultant at Roland Berger:

• You will work on strategy projects in different industries

• You will take responsibility for a project module

• You will conduct interviews with clients

• You will prepare and participate in workshops at clients

• You will prepare client presentations

• You will perform market research and data analyses

How you'll work

We perform at a high level, and that is only possible if the balance between work and private life is good. We understand that this balance differs per person and life stage. Because we work project-based, there is often room to coordinate your work with your project manager so that you have sufficient time to exercise, pick up your children, or have a bite to eat with friends. Everything with us is customized.

Hiring process

The application process consists of three parts. The assessment round consists of a personality test and an analytical assessment. You complete the personality test independently prior to the analytical assessment. The analytical assessment is selective and takes place at our office. If you complete the analytical assessment with a positive result, the first round of interviews will proceed as planned. This round consists of a case interview and a personal interview. Only if these interviews have a positive outcome will you be invited for the Final Day. The Final Day consists of two (case) interviews where you speak with different partners and/or principals and a written case including a presentation. At the end of this day, you will be informed immediately about the outcome of your process.
