The role

As a (Geo)hydrologist Advisor, you will be in the lead in your projects, you will conduct research into and advise on water systems, and you will contribute to a stable workload for yourself and your colleagues. What you'll do
As a (Geo)hydrologist Advisor, you are an advisor from A to Z. With your experience in this field, you are able to secure assignments from (new) clients, you can write quotes, and you keep the administration of your projects in order. You work together with colleagues on analyses and designs of the water system at various scales. For example, think of performing stress tests, creating water management plans, and tasks within the framework of NBW or KRW. You supervise (junior) colleagues with the execution of their work. Modeling is also part of your role. The modeling packages we work with are SOBEK/D-HYDRO, Modflow/iMOD, and Tygron.

Water System Team is a growing and developing team of currently 14 colleagues and falls under the Urban and Rural Water Business Unit. You will also collaborate (a lot) with colleagues from, for example, Urban Water, Groundwater, Rural Area, and Infra. Your work is performed through a combination of working from home and at our office locations. The Water System colleagues can be found in Holten, Nieuwegein, Amstelveen, and Eindhoven.
