The role
Nice to know (you)
- People Services is Schiphol's central HR service team that supports employees and managers with accessible, reliable, and future-proof HR services.
- You will work in an open and engaged environment where colleagues help each other, share knowledge, and work together towards results. The dynamics of Schiphol provide variety and energy, while there is plenty of room for your own initiative, development, and collaboration.
- We are going for it: Schiphol must belong to the top 3 of European airports.

And how you approach this? That is up to you. We trust the way you interact with other people. You will apply your talents to:
- answering and processing (in)quiries from employees, managers, and (HR) colleagues.
- analyzing HR processes, data, and working methods and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- managing and processing complex HR requests and organizational changes in SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
- developing and implementing process and system improvements in collaboration with stakeholders within the organization.
- preparing reports and translating insights into concrete advice and sustainable solutions with demonstrable value for the business.
You will join an environment that is constantly developing. Within People Services, you play an important role in improving and digitizing HR processes. In doing so, you work closely with HRBPs, Reward, Functional Management, and People & Analytics, and you actively research how available technologies and systems such as Copilot, Power Automate, and ServiceNow can contribute to more efficient service delivery.
