Internship: Content Projectmanager

To be eligible for this internship, the following aspects are important:

• You are studying a HBO (University of Applied Sciences) or WO (Research University) program in the direction of Communication, Marketing, Creative Business, Commercial Economics, or a media-related program;
• You are interested in creative processes and can translate this into tangible content productions;
• Strong organizational skills, working accurately and in a structured manner;
• Proficient with digital tools, schedules, and workflows;
• You are proficient in the Dutch and English languages.

• Supporting the Traffic & Content Specialist in the planning and coordination of content projects (photo, video, copy, and visuals);
• Assisting with project management tasks, such as progress monitoring and deadline follow-up;
• Checking incoming briefings for completeness before production starts;
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers;
• Supporting production preparation and delivery;
• Performing simple quality checks;
• Structuring and archiving content in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system;
• Thinking along about improvements in creative workflows and content processes.

As a Content & Project Management Intern, you will provide support to the Traffic & Content Specialist in planning, coordinating, and structuring various content projects. You will work at the intersection of creative processes and project management and learn how creative ideas are translated into concrete content within clear schedules and agreements. You will liaise with internal marketing teams and external creative suppliers such as designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers. In this role, you will help the Traffic & Content Specialist maintain an overview, structure processes, and ensure projects run smoothly from briefing to delivery. Additional tasks include communication assignments for, among others, the Damen Foundation and upcoming events.
