This position falls into scale 10, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,179.72 and € 6,906.29 (based on 36 hours per week).

About us

As a Customer Risk Data Analyst within Anti Financial Crime Commercial, you will analyze business issues regarding customer portfolios and customer risk through a commercial lens.

In this role, you are responsible for performing in-depth analyses of customer portfolios and customer risks, in connection with customer value, service provision, and the deployment of distribution channels. You investigate trends, risk developments, and opportunities within various customer segments and, together with the team, translate these insights into concrete proposals for improvement. In doing so, you support the team and management in strategic and tactical choices and contribute to a risk-aware, customer-oriented, and future-proof ASN Bank.

Your responsibilities

• You translate business risk issues into data analysis or dashboards
• You work with large amounts of data where you fetch, prepare, and analyze the data yourself
• You create insights into customer value, customer return, and customer risk
• You communicate the outcomes of your analysis accessibly to your stakeholders
• You identify process improvements and actively contribute ideas for optimization
