Junior Consultant Financial Services

• MSc degree, preferably in the direction of Business, Finance, Econometrics, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or a similar field;

• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, due to client needs;

• Excellent analytical skills;

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,100 and € 3,500 based on 40 hours excluding holiday allowance (holiday allowance is paid out monthly);

• Company car/good mobility scheme;

• We support occasional working abroad for a maximum of 4 weeks per year;

You will help these organizations respond to new developments and deal with market challenges. What will you do?
Together with colleagues, you will work on strategy development, the integration of new solutions, and digitalization initiatives that influence financial services or products. As a Junior Consultant Financial Services, you will be part of a team of sector experts that guides our clients in insurance, pensions, and banking through their (digital) transformation. We support them in transforming their practices to remain competitive and to deal with challenges, such as constantly changing regulations. You will become acquainted with the latest innovations in data and technology that can be used as accelerators to improve financial services.

During these projects, you will engage in customer and market analysis, preparing advisory reports, giving presentations and workshops, maintaining regular contact with your project team, and of course interacting with clients and stakeholders.

In addition to working with colleagues within Advisory, you can be part of a smart collaboration with consultants from other disciplines, such as Business Engineering, Data & AI, or Transformation, to make a long-term impact for and with our clients. Internally, you will work from the IG&H office, develop new proposals, and contribute to the company's expertise.
