Business Improvement & AI Intern

To further shape our AI in Operations journey, we are looking for three entrepreneurial Business Improvement & AI Interns.

to strengthen our Global Service & Operations team in the Netherlands.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship at our office in Utrecht.

This is a unique opportunity for students who are enthusiastic about AI, automation, and business innovation. You will work together with stakeholders within Customer Care, Professional Services, and Sales to translate operational challenges into valuable AI solutions.

As a Business Improvement & AI Intern, you will help identify, validate, build, and implement AI-driven improvements within the organization.

This is not a traditional AI research internship. The focus lies on understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, and realizing practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into concrete results.

As a AI Business Improvement Intern, you will help identify, validate, build, and implement AI-driven improvements across the organization.

This is not a traditional AI research internship. The focus is on understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.

• Conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.

• Identifying and validating AI and automation opportunities.

• Translating business requirements into AI use cases.

• Designing, building, and implementing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and more.

• Taking ownership of initiatives from idea to adoption.

• Measuring results and continuously improving solutions.

• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and functions.

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
