Role description:
As a cost estimator, you will work on challenging urban developments within the Urban Development advisory group. You will prepare estimates at the SO, VO, or DO level, from Schematic Design to Final Design. You will work on urban and industrial, infrastructural projects within the Urban Development (UD) advisory group. You will often prepare your estimates according to the SSK methodology. These estimates are used by the client to fix budgets or to design in a budget-driven manner. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for civil engineers who are preparing specification estimates. Should you bring broad civil engineering knowledge in addition to knowledge in the field of cost estimation, they will be happy to include you in various project teams to provide your input as a designer.
