Soil Protection Inspector

From wash streets to chemical companies: thanks to your inspections, our soil remains well protected!

As an inspector, you ensure that soil contamination gets no chance. With your sharp eye, you inspect facilities that must prevent leaks and pollution. You do this according to a fixed protocol: the accreditation scheme 6700. And that takes you to the most diverse locations! One day you are walking around a large chemical company, the next you are at a gas station, at the Ministry of Defence, or in an auto garage. But as a soil protection inspector, you do more than just inspect. In this job, you are also a project leader. This means that you maintain contact with the client yourself, prepare quotes, and manage your own schedule. You therefore have a lot of freedom and responsibility - you decide for yourself what your work week looks like.

• Performing inspections at unique and varied locations;

• Working accurately according to fixed protocols;

• Thinking along with clients and proposing solutions;

• Independently planning and organizing your work week;

• Maintaining contact with various clients.

As an inspector, you are often out on your own, but you are part of a close-knit and friendly team of nine colleagues. You see each other regularly during work meetings and keep in touch about your projects. On location, you work together with clients and serve as their point of contact. With your clear communication and customer-oriented attitude, you ensure a pleasant collaboration.

• At least one year of work experience;
