You are the strategic and operational sparring partner for our clinics. You support practice managers and the regional operations manager in everything involved in building strong teams: from recruitment and development to absenteeism, performance, and retention.

You are a connector. A doer with vision. Someone who enjoys engaging in conversation with a practice manager just as much as with a regional manager or a specialist from the head office. You switch effortlessly between tactical advice and practical HR solutions. You can pivot quickly and this gives you energy.

• At least 5 - 9 years of experience in a similar P&O role.

• HBO level of working and thinking (HRM, MER, Business Administration or similar).

• Strong advisory skills and organizational sensitivity.

• A healthy dose of initiative, ownership, and solution-orientedness.

• Good command of Dutch and English.
