Internship Projectmanagement Security

As an intern at Albert Heijn Store Improvement Security, you will contribute to the optimization of our store processes regarding safety. Do you love realizing improvements in complex processes and collaborations? Does a combination of creativity and attention to detail suit you well? And do you have experience working in our Albert Heijn stores? Three "yeses"? Then we are looking for you!

As an Intern, you will make a direct contribution to making better food accessible. For everyone. You won't do this alone, but together with your colleagues from the Store Improvement Security team. Where you will work on:

Store Improvement is the hub between the stores and the head office and supports stores to create maximum customer impact together! Within our department, we translate new strategies and innovative concepts into workable solutions for stores through projects; we are continuously looking for improvements and we implement them. In doing so, we always listen to the needs of stores and customers and think in terms of opportunities. With your store experience, you will get the chance to contribute directly to these improvements and can make a difference for all our stores.

• Co-building a renewed Sam-Page for safety and the associated internal safety platform.
• Support on other projects.
• Maintaining contact with stores and other HK departments.
• Collecting, summarizing, and translating feedback into opportunities.

In this position, you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
