Sales & Service Support Internship

During the internship, you will work within the Sales & Services Support department. This department acts as a bridge between the head office and the Etos stores and consists of a team of specialists, each with their own area of expertise. Every day, they ensure that our stores can perform optimally.

Your new job and workplace.
The Sales & Services Support department is the indispensable link between the head office and the stores and is looking for an enthusiastic intern who is not afraid to show his or her competencies. At this department, you will participate in the daily course of business, so that you get a good impression of how things work within a large retail organization.

Every week, we help more than 1 million customers in our stores and on etos.nl, and we provide more than 30 million pieces of advice annually regarding health, appearance, balance, movement, and nutrition. Whatever your question is, we will help you further.

You will support the specialists here with various tasks in the field of
communication and creativity. For example, writing texts, answering store inquiries, joining projects from other departments to make the voice of the store heard, and coordinating the renovation of a store. You will, of course, receive excellent guidance during this process.

In this position, you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

We are looking for multiple interns, so there are also possibilities to focus your attention on our weekly Newsletter, which is read by 5,000 colleagues, or to co-organize Inspiration events. In short, there are many possibilities.
