As an Intern within the Category Management team, you will get to know the most fun product category at Etos. We ensure that our customers are happy with our products every day and are surprised time and again by new assortments. Together with the team, you are poised to achieve the best commercial results. Your new job and workplace.
As an Intern, you make a direct contribution to the overarching goal of Etos. You do this not alone, but together with your colleagues from the Category Management team. You support the Category Managers with various responsibilities, where you will work on things including:

During your internship period in our team, you will help, as an Intern, to achieve the best result for Etos. With your commercial insight, you will work together with the Category managers and suppliers on preparing the best promotions and media plans. Think of well-known suppliers such as L'Oréal, Unilever, or NAÏF. Together, you will think about how Etos products are optimally presented to the right target group, via various channels such as social media, display advertisements, video, on-site, folders, stores, and radio. After promotions, you evaluate whether the set targets have been achieved. If not, you analyze the reasons behind not achieving the desired result. Additionally, you evaluate the online campaigns based on impressions and click-through rates. No idea what these terms mean? Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know. In our team, you get the chance to experience a wide range of activities within an organization during your internship. This is because you work together with colleagues from Design, Online marketing, Social, Webshop, Instore & Folder marketing, Data, Category management, and Logistics. This offers not only a fun and educational experience, but is also good for your network.

In this position, you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
