• Salary: € 4,195 to € 6,992 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience, education, and skills

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

As an employment law jurist at aaff, it is your task to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients in the field of employment law. Maintaining active contact with our clients is of crucial importance, whereby you act as their trusted legal advisor. You take action when legal issues within our client base require your expertise. In this role, you will deal with employment contracts, absenteeism, dismissal cases, industrial relations, and all salary and personnel-related employment law aspects. Additionally, you will be expected to regularly provide presentations to our clients on employment law topics.

Your ability to translate complex legal concepts into understandable language and guide clients through strategic legal decisions is essential. You have a flexible attitude and can switch quickly between different clients and situations. Additionally, you are able to work independently and manage your own caseload.
