As a Legal Counsel Agricultural Law, you are responsible for advising our clients in the field of agricultural law. You handle various legal issues such as tenancy, permits, common agricultural policy, subsidies, manure legislation, and other relevant themes within the agricultural sector. Additionally, you handle disputes and objection procedures on behalf of our clients and represent them before various authorities. Furthermore, you are client-oriented and sincerely interested, which allows you to uncover the entrepreneur's true question. This enables you to arrive at practical solutions for the various legal issues.
But you won't do this alone! As a legal advisor, you can count on expert and committed colleagues who work together toward one common goal: surprising and optimally serving our clients!
You do everything in close contact with the client themselves, and in complex matters, you consult with your team. You work for clients at various offices in the region. You work closely with a tight-knit, enthusiastic team of relationship managers, fellow legal advisors, accountants, tax specialists, and business advisors. At the same time, you stay up-to-date via expertise groups and meetings tailored to your specialization and experience level, so that you continue to grow in your profession.

• Providing solutions for the legal questions of your clients.

• Advising clients on legal issues. From the legal structure of their company to new laws and regulations and the consequences thereof for the business.

• Supporting colleagues on complex projects that also involve a legal aspect.

• Drafting agreements.

• Staying informed about developments in the sector and changing laws and regulations.

• Actively contributing to our business growth and client-centricity by identifying issues at the client level.

• Work with clients from various sectors, from start-ups to established companies.

• Knowledge of and experience with agricultural law.

• Skills and abilities: you are legally strong, communicatively skilled, client-oriented, and have in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Mentality: critical, committed, and always focused on opportunities.
