Legal Counsel

• Gross monthly salary between €4,227 and €7,289;

• 8% holiday allowance and an 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

As Legal Counsel, you will advise on legal matters, ranging from questions about commercial contracts and privacy to passenger rights. Do you want to work on diverse files, support negotiations and procedures, AND help further strengthen our legal structure and compliance?

What will you do?
In your new job as Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for advising Transavia on various legal issues. You will work independently on diverse files, guide negotiations, and support procedures. You will also make an important contribution to our compliance structure and legal policy development.

• Advising on, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements;

• Advising on privacy issues, drafting data processing agreements, and providing requested and unrequested support to colleagues regarding compliance with privacy legislation;

• Advising on legal issues from within the organization, such as consumer and passenger legislation, and on new commercial initiatives;

• Identifying changes in relevant national and international legislation (including aviation, privacy, and corporate law) and translating this into legal policy and internal guidelines.
