• You have a HBO or WO level of education—preferably in the field of communication, journalism, or marketing.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience.
• You have experience in project management.

You have just written an engaging LinkedIn post for a colleague who closed a special deal and are now coming up with a catchy text for the invitation to our upcoming client dinner. After that, you explain the use of digital business cards to several new colleagues and discuss the final details with the venue where we are organizing the dinner at the end of this week. Together with our graphic designer, you then work on the final graphic touches and also post a teaser about this event on our social media channels. This afternoon, you have blocked time to draft the internal newsletter, and tomorrow a meeting is scheduled with one of our business lines to discuss how you can strengthen their external communication to clients. In between, you drop by various teams to brainstorm how you can support them more effectively with marketing expressions and communication.

Project Manager Marketing, Communications & Positioning
Amsterdam

You contribute to the organization of various marketing, communication & pr related projects that aim to further position the JLL brand in the Netherlands. Together with your colleagues, you work on various marketing expressions, where you focus primarily on communication (internal and external) and content creation.

You write catchy content for various internal and external channels and translate complex real estate topics into stories that resonate. You support PR-related projects and help develop communication strategies that position JLL more strongly. Additionally, you support the organization of events (including a large real estate fair in June) and think along about how we can further sharpen our positioning.

You also act as a sparring partner for various teams within JLL. You think proactively about how marketing and communication can optimally support them in their objectives, identify opportunities yourself, and tackle them with an entrepreneurial attitude.

• You have a fresh perspective on marketing and communication and bring new energy and ideas.
• You are a strong writer who knows how to express complex information clearly.
• You have experience in communication and preferably a journalistic background or affinity with media.
• You identify opportunities yourself and take initiative to act on them.
• You are communicatively strong, both in writing and in personal contact. You know how to motivate and inspire people—whether it is colleagues or external relations.
• You are organizationally strong and a true go-getter.
• You think proactively and actively seek collaboration with various teams to discover how you can support them in the field of marketing.
• You are self-assured and have a positively critical work attitude. You are open to further developing your advisory skills in the fields of marketing, communication, and pr, and to helping build the JLL brand in the Netherlands.
• You can work excellently independently. But you also enjoy working together with colleagues in a close-knit team at our office in Amsterdam.
