At InSpace, we’re building NOVA: an AI platform that helps companies stay visible in Google and become the answer in AI platforms and LLMs. Our software brings strategy, content creation, technical optimization and publishing together in one platform. We serve 500+ customers and are growing fast in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and beyond.

Our marketing team is small, ambitious and works in two-week sprints. We have more ideas than hands, and that’s where you come in.

You’re the execution engine of our marketing team. Your focus is on reaching new audiences and turning them into leads. You turn plans into posts, videos, ads, emails and events, in several languages and every week. You pick things up, finish them and make them better the next time. You use AI tools to do in one hour what used to take a day.

You work closely with our Paid & Growth Lead and our Brand & Creative Lead, so you can fully focus on growth and brand.

• Run our organic social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, X): create, schedule and post content according to the content calendar
• Edit content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into videos and clips
• Create, test and improve creatives (static, video, display) for our organic and paid campaigns
• Build and send prospect and customer emails and lead nurture flows
• Support our outbound campaigns (Instantly, Lemlist)
• Localize content, ads, emails and landing pages for every market we’re active in, so they read naturally rather than like a translation
• Publish blogs and content on our website
• Build sales enablement material: battlesheets, competitor overviews and pitch decks
• Support PR outreach: maintain press lists, send press releases and pitch podcasts and talk shows
• Support our influencer program
• Run event operations end to end, from logistics and print materials to social coverage
• Automate repetitive work with AI and no-code tools

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content or social media, ideally in B2B or tech
• A doer who finishes: you own your tasks, plan realistically and deliver what you commit to in a sprint
• Strong writer in Dutch and English
• A sharp eye for detail: typos, wrong logos or a misaligned banner don’t get past you
• You guard our brand: every post, ad, email and page you publish looks and sounds like InSpace, in every language and on every channel
• Hands-on with Canva or Figma, a video editing tool (CapCut, Premiere) and social scheduling tools
• Structured: you can handle many tasks at once without dropping the ball
• You ask for feedback early instead of waiting until the deadline
• AI-native: you already use AI tools daily to work faster and better
