The role

Providing direction to development. Helping people grow. And working together to ensure the best possible care for children. That is what gives you energy.

For our special locations Princess Ariane and Dragons Den in Noordwijk, we are looking for an experienced, decisive, and people-oriented location manager. In this international environment, in the heart of the ESA-ESTEC world, children, parents, and professionals from various backgrounds come together. The teams are fully in development and great strides have already been made. You will build upon what is already there, provide direction and trust, and work together with the teams to ensure further growth.

This is who you are. By nature.

You are a decisive, people-oriented leader who maintains course and stays close to people. You translate vision into practice, provide trust and ownership, and know when to coach, adjust, or give space. You see what is happening, dare to engage in conversation, and get people moving. In this way, you build strong teams and high pedagogical quality.

What you'll do

In addition, you have a sharp eye for business operations. You manage based on occupancy, staffing, and results, are analytical and strong with numbers, and know how to translate data and management information into concrete choices. Experience with systems such as Power BI is a plus.

You feel at home in an international environment and communicate easily in Dutch and English. Connecting different cultures and perspectives is second nature to you.

As a location manager, you connect the various teams and types of care and ensure a common course. You will be given the space to help build the further development of the location, the teams, and the business operations.

How you'll work

Are you a decisive and people-oriented leader? Do you get energy from developing teams, an international environment, and the space to truly make a difference?

We would love to get to know you. Tell us what gives you energy, what you are good at, and how you want to further advance teams and locations.

What you bring
