We love clarity: the salary range for this position is € 4,750 to € 6,400 (final grading is dependent on your knowledge and experience). In addition, you will receive a mobility allowance that you may use in a green and responsible way (for example, by choosing an electric lease car).

And that's where you come in: our team is looking for an enthusiastic Managing Consultant to achieve even more successes! Are you the master in managing (inter)national teams with whom you bring innovations from concept to end product? Do you have experience in the pension sector and do you find it cool to lead IT trajectories at large financials? Then please read on!

You are a seasoned Managing Consultant who enjoys moving in a world where smart, data-driven solutions come to life via agile, multidisciplinary teams. In the role of project manager, you take the lead in setting up projects, determine the scope of the MVP concept together with the client, and coordinate the activities of our consultants, creative designers, and driven developers. Your focus lies on the effortless completion of projects according to the agreed requirements, within the set time and budget. In addition, you coach and guide our (junior) consultants so that they can fill this role themselves in the future!

In the projects, work is generally carried out according to the Scrum/Agile method. In this, you act as the bridge between Business and IT.

And last but not least, through your professional knowledge, you know what is happening in this market, you identify sales opportunities, and you know how to capitalize on them, in collaboration with your teammates.
