• Relevant education: You are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a HBO or WO degree in the direction of Data, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business & Technology, or a similar field of study.

• Practical programming experience and technical knowledge: You can program independently, are familiar with modern software development environments, and understand the basic principles of cloud architecture.

• AI enthusiast and practical experience: You integrate AI tools into your daily work and actively use Claude during software development.

• Knowledge of agentic AI and RAG: You understand the basic architecture of agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and how modern AI models work under the hood.

• Eager to learn and flexible: You approach challenges with unknown tools and technologies with confidence and use AI as a programming partner to quickly acquire new knowledge and develop solutions.

As a Working Student AI & Automation, you form the important link between different business departments and advanced technology. You will actively work within various teams at our headquarters, learning how their daily processes run and converting manual tasks into smart, automated solutions based on agentic AI.

• Collaborating directly with various teams within WE Fashion to map out daily work processes and identify opportunities for automation;

• Designing, prototyping, and developing complete AI solutions based on agentic AI and modern automation processes;

• Translating concrete business challenges into practical code and scalable technical solutions;

• Continuously experimenting with new AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and tools to realize a tangible impact within the organization;

• Challenging traditional ways of working and presenting creative, practical ideas to stakeholders within the organization.
