Your opportunities as a Data & AI Trainer at Capgemini Academy

As a Data & AI Trainer, you design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning paths for professionals. You combine subject matter expertise with strong didactic skills and make complex material understandable, interactive, and directly applicable.

You collaborate with clients, account managers, and subject matter experts on innovative learning solutions and actively contribute to the development of new training offerings in the field of Data and AI.

You will be working for a renowned training institute that has been an established name in training information professionals for more than 40 years. You will become part of a team of permanent and flexible (contract) trainers. The team consists of approximately 60 colleagues: about 30 lead trainers, dedicated account managers, and a professional front and back office. All professionals with a passion for learning and development. Additionally, you can draw upon the knowledge and experience of colleagues within the Capgemini organization. You work for leading clients in the private, financial, and public sectors. There is room to give shape to your creative ideas to develop new training for clients or within our open offering.

At least 3 years of experience as a trainer in the field of Data, Analytics, and/or AI.

Experience in developing and delivering training sessions and learning paths.

Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

• Power BI
• Azure Data Platform
• Machine Learning
• Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
• Responsible AI
• DAMA DMBOK
• Strong presentation and communication skills in Dutch and English.
