Our creative hub builds the creative world of WE Fashion every single day. From campaigns and brand stories to what our customers see in our stores and online. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you help bring this world to life.

• You support the translation of campaigns and creative concepts into retail and digital expressions.
• You design and create window visuals, in-store communication, and POS materials.
• You think along about creative solutions and contribute your own ideas and visual inspiration.
• You prepare files for production and printing and ensure that designs are executed technically well.
• You work with Adobe Creative Suite.
• You enjoy working on different projects simultaneously and can handle deadlines and an environment that is constantly in motion.
• You have demonstrable experience with or an affinity for AI and see opportunities to apply this in your work.

One day you are working on visuals for a window display, the next day on digital newsletters or an adaptation of a digital campaign. You work closely with our Senior Graphic designer, other designers, copy, and the VM team. You don't need to know everything yet. We are looking for someone with a sense for fashion and design who loves to collaborate, turns feedback into better work, and wants to become increasingly independent.
