As a CRO Specialist, you ensure that visitors to wefashion.com easily find what they are looking for and complete their purchase with pleasure. You dive into data, discover where customers drop off, and translate these insights into concrete improvements in the customer journey. From homepage to checkout: you investigate what works, why it works, and where the opportunities lie.

You work daily with colleagues within E-commerce, Marketing, Tech, and with our digital agency. You connect data and insights to concrete improvements. You develop hypotheses and ensure that A/B tests are properly set up, executed, and evaluated. With your analyses, you make it clear what works and which next steps contribute to a better online experience.

You look beyond figures alone. You think along about solutions and opportunities to continuously improve the customer journey. In doing so, you continuously look for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more scalable.

Where you make an impact

• You bring knowledge of CRO, UX, E-commerce, or data-driven optimization through relevant work experience and have experience with conversion optimization.
• You can formulate hypotheses, set up, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, and ensure a sound statistical foundation for results.
• You analyze data and user behavior and translate insights from, for example, heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback into concrete improvements in the customer journey.
• You work in a structured manner on multiple experiments, set priorities within a test roadmap, and use AI to develop analyses, hypotheses, and prototypes faster.
• You translate results into clear business cases and communicate these clearly with various stakeholders and disciplines.
