Visual Merchandise Operations Specialist

• You have experience in coaching, training, and guiding colleagues on the shop floor.
• You analyze results and identify opportunities for improving visual merchandising, customer experience, and commercial results.
• You are willing to regularly visit stores within your region and possess a B driver's license.

As a VM Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the execution and further development of the visual merchandising and window display policy within your region and store portfolio. You translate the visual merchandising strategy into an inspiring, commercial, and recognizable store image.

You ensure the execution of the correct store image and the placement of materials that support promotions and the store image according to the guidelines. Additionally, you analyze results and identify opportunities to further improve visual merchandising and commercial results. You also proactively come up with improvement proposals for stock management in the stores.

Additionally, you are a coach for our Instore Visual Merchandisers and store employees. You coach, guide, and train them in the field of visual merchandising and window display. In this way, you help teams to apply the guidelines correctly and work together to ensure an inspiring customer experience.

To do this in the best and most inspiring way possible, you stay informed about developments within your field. You translate new insights and trends into practice and contribute to the further development of our visual merchandising approach.

In this role, you are part of the European Sales team, together with four other Visual Merchandise Operations Specialists. You report directly to the Concept & Visual Merchandise Manager Europe.
