Designer Kidswear

• You have experience with fashion design within a fashion company or retailer and can demonstrate your affinity with and knowledge of Kidswear.
• You have graphic experience for creating commercially innovative prints.
• You communicate clearly and work pleasantly with various colleagues and stakeholders.
• You work with the Adobe CC suite, including Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a plus.
• You work goal-oriented, maintain an overview of various projects, and ensure that deadlines are met.

Every day, our Design team works with great passion and creativity on stylish collections for our customers. As a Designer Boys Kidswear, with a focus on T-shirts & Sweaters, you are continuously thinking ahead, spotting trends, and analyzing sales successes. You coordinate, make choices, and respond to developments in the market. A dynamic role where no two days are the same!

You are involved in the entire design process of your product group within our Boys Kidswear collection. Together with the Merchandise and Buying team, you form a strong team and work on commercial collections with surprising and distinctive items.

How do you do this? You research the market, analyze fashion trends, and keep a close eye on our competitors. You also occasionally visit our production locations. Using these insights, you develop inspiring moodboards and translate trends into a commercial collection. In doing so, you take our target group, price ranges, and supplier agreements into account.

You develop your designs and ensure that all information is clear and complete for our suppliers and Fit Technicians. Additionally, you are given the space to apply your creativity in the graphic field. Therefore, you have an affinity for graphic design and can adapt existing artworks or develop new artworks yourself.

In this role, you report directly to the Head of Design Boys. That means short lines, space to share ideas, and fast feedback!
