UX Design Consultant (frog)

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a consultancy, agency, or innovation-driven in-house design team.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, design quality, and impact across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Excellent command of modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and a good understanding of AI-based platforms (such as Uizard, Magician Design, ProtoPie).
• In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), ethical design, and sustainable UX principles.
• Strong skills in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with design systems, multichannel journeys, and cross-platform consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A professional attitude towards clients.
• Excellent command of the English language; other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within and outside the Netherlands.

As a UX Design Consultant, you are part of a team that designs digital products, platforms, and services that people love to use. Responsibilities:

• Leading the design of user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and emerging platforms (such as voice, AR/VR).
• Translating complex user needs and business goals into strategic design solutions—wireframes, prototypes, and visually polished designs.
• Actively promoting accessibility, sustainability, and ethical design throughout the entire design process.
• Conducting and analyzing advanced user research, usability testing, and behavioral insights.
• Contributing to and developing design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and brand identity.
• Mentoring junior designers and advising multidisciplinary teams on design best practices.
• Collaborating intensively with clients and internal teams to align design outcomes with business objectives.
