What we're looking for

You possess HBO-level (higher professional education) working and thinking skills and have at least 5 years of leadership experience within a commercial retail organization.
You have experience as an Interim District Manager, Area Manager, or in a similar multi-store management role.
You have a proven track record in improving store performance and achieving commercial objectives.
You are analytically strong and know how to translate KPIs into concrete actions and measurable results.
You are an independent, decisive leader who quickly creates overview, makes decisions, and manages Store Managers on performance.
You are available full-time for at least 6 months, possess a B driver's license, and are regularly present in our stores in the North/East of the Netherlands.

The role

As Interim District Manager, you will be responsible for at least 6 months for the commercial and operational performance of our WE Fashion stores in the North/East region (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Overijssel, and Gelderland). You will quickly gain control of the figures, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine where direct action is required.

You actively drive turnover, conversion, productivity, and profitability. You analyze performance, set clear priorities, and translate commercial objectives into concrete improvement actions. With your experience, you know how to achieve results quickly and strengthen the performance of your district.

You lead your Store Managers, create ownership, and drive results. As an experienced interim professional, you are independent, decisive, and accustomed to switching gears quickly. You are visible in the stores, take charge, and ensure that plans are actually executed.
