District Manager

As District Manager, you are responsible for the commercial and operational performance of approximately 20 WE Fashion stores in the South region (Limburg/Brabant). You run your district as your own business: you know the figures, see commercial opportunities, and know which actions are necessary to improve results.

You actively drive turnover, conversion, productivity, and profitability. You analyze performance, set clear priorities, and translate commercial objectives into concrete actions on the shop floor. You make decisions, adjust where necessary, and ensure that your stores perform optimally.

You lead your Store Managers, set clear expectations, and create a culture of ownership and result-oriented working. You are visible in your stores, challenge teams to perform better, and combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality.

• You possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking and have at least 5 years of leadership experience within a commercial retail organization, preferably in a multi-store management role.
• You have a proven track record in achieving turnover growth and improving commercial store performance.
• You are analytically strong and know how to translate KPIs into concrete actions that contribute to turnover, productivity, and profitability.
• You are a decisive leader who sets clear goals, makes decisions, and challenges Store Managers to achieve results.
• You think and act like an entrepreneur, see opportunities, and take responsibility for the performance of your district.
• You are available full-time, possess a B driver's license, and are regularly present in our stores in Brabant and Limburg.
