At WE Fashion, we are transforming the future of fashion retail and e-commerce using innovation and smart technology. Within our Data & BI team, we don't just build dashboards, but actively improve and innovate business processes using modern AI technology.

As an AI & Automation Intern, you form the important link between different business departments and advanced technology. You will work directly with various teams within our headquarters, learning how their daily processes work and converting manual tasks into intelligent, automated solutions based on agentic AI.

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Collaborating directly with various teams within WE Fashion to map out daily work processes and discover opportunities for automation;
• Designing, prototyping, and developing complete agentic AI solutions and modern automation processes;
• Translating concrete business challenges into practical code and scalable technical solutions;
• Continuously experimenting with new AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and tools to make a tangible contribution to the organization;
• Challenging traditional ways of working and presenting creative, practical ideas to various stakeholders within the organization.

• Relevant education: You are pursuing a HBO (applied sciences) or WO (research university) degree in the field of Data, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business & Technology, or a similar field of study.
• Practical programming skills and technical knowledge: You can program independently, are familiar with modern software development technologies, and understand the basic principles of cloud architecture.
• Enthusiastic about AI and practical-minded: You integrate AI tools into your daily life and actively use Claude during software development.
• Knowledge of agentic AI and RAG: You understand the basic architecture of agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the way modern AI models function under the hood.
• Eager to learn and flexible: You approach new tools and technologies with confidence. You use AI as a programming partner to quickly acquire new knowledge, solve problems, and master unknown technologies.
