Receptionist / Host(ess)

• You are the calling card for all our customers! You welcome, greet, and register our guests.
• Driven by your passion to help as well as possible, you provide our visitors and staff with information.
• You handle all incoming telephone traffic (filtering and transferring).
• You distribute and process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• You take care of the reservations for our consultation rooms and meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use.
• The reception environment always looks top-notch, and you manage the office supplies.
• You offer support to the Management Team and the Marketing department with small and large events.
• In the event of emergencies, it is your responsibility to act adequately. You activate, among other things, the emergency procedures and inform the emergency services.
• Finally, you handle all questions and problems. When you cannot answer the question yourself, you work together with colleagues within the various departments of WE to find a solution.

We are looking for a Receptionist / Host(ess) to give our guests a warm welcome. The art is to turn their visit into an experience. In this varied role, you take care of the appearance of the reception area and provide guests with a cup of coffee or tea. Additionally, you are always ready for your colleagues; no question is too crazy. In between, you answer the phone, update the administration, and keep the mailroom in order. Your working hours are 5 days a week from 08:00-16:00.

What do we expect from you? You are *the* calling card of WE, so it is important that you are representative. You are hospitable, always work with a smile on your face, and in addition, have a sense of fashion. You have no trouble with both the English and Dutch languages and do so in a smooth manner. You do not get stressed by problems and you have a flexible attitude.
