Regional Manager South Netherlands & Designer Outlets

A challenging role with a lot of responsibility

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for a diverse group of Hunkemöller stores, primarily in Brabant and South Holland and our Designer Outlets. You are present in the stores frequently and stand close to your Store Managers. Based on your experience, you know what is required to make multiple stores perform successfully at the same time.

You coach, support, and challenge Store Managers to get the best out of themselves and their teams. In doing so, you adapt your leadership style to what a store, team, or Store Manager needs.

Together, you drive towards strong commercial results, optimal staff planning, and a great customer experience. You keep a close eye on important KPIs, such as turnover, conversion, customer satisfaction, and costs, and know how to translate these into clear priorities and concrete actions for your stores.

For you, success is about more than just figures. You build engaged and high-performing teams, develop talent, and ensure that Store Managers can make a difference every day. You know what is happening in your region, keep the bigger picture in mind, and see where opportunities lie to further develop stores, teams, and results.

• You have extensive leadership experience within retail;
• You have experience managing multiple stores;
• You are a strong leader and coach and know how to motivate, guide, and develop Store Managers;
• You have a commercial mindset and can translate KPIs into clear goals and actions;
• You have experience with staff planning, budgets, and cost control;
• You can set priorities well and maintain an overview within a diverse region;
• You are a strong communicator and work easily with different departments and stakeholders;
• You have a strong focus on the customer and ensure that our brand and service standards are upheld in every store;
• You speak and write well in Dutch and English.
