Logistics Coordinator Warehouse & Transport

You are someone who gets energy from complex logistical processes and likes to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.

Furthermore, you bring:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

• Experience within food, FMCG, pharma, or another regulated production environment is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

• A proactive attitude and a natural drive to improve processes

To ensure these processes run smoothly, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator Warehouse & Transport.

In this role, you are the pivot between our production organization, warehouse partners, and transport suppliers. You monitor daily goods flows, ensure correct stock availability, and actively drive a reliable and efficient logistical operation.

You are in daily contact with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners and know exactly where the opportunities lie to organize processes smarter, faster, and more efficiently. The position maintains operational contacts with 3PLs, supports stakeholders in the storage and delivery of goods, and contributes to process improvements within the warehouse and supply chain.

• Coordinating inbound and outbound transport flows between Mead Johnson, warehouses, and logistics partners.

• Monitoring delivery reliability and timely availability of goods.

• Acting as the operational point of contact for external logistics service providers (3PLs).

• Monitoring inventory levels and analyzing inventory discrepancies between systems and logistics partners.

• Supporting periodic business reviews and performance meetings with logistics partners.

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks within logistical processes.

• Handling logistical deviations, delivery issues, and transport claims.

• Initiating and implementing improvements in the areas of service, cost, efficiency, and safety.

• Collaborating with Customer Service, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Sourcing, and external logistics partners.

• Supporting logistical projects and process improvements such as new warehouse concepts and supply chain initiatives
