Electrical Engineering Supervisor Schiphol

As an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will work airside on electrification, passenger bridges, 400Hz units, and platform lighting. You will direct the execution of small projects and parts of large, complex works. You will ensure that goals are met within schedule and budget and that (safety) laws and regulations are followed. You will lead teams, arrange resources, and monitor progress.

• Directing the execution of small projects and parts of large, complex projects and combined works

• Leading, deciding on, and evaluating the activities of employees within project execution

• Providing information about the approach during preparation and about problems during execution based on specific knowledge, skills, or experience

• Ensuring the availability of procedures, work instructions, materials, equipment, and people at the right time and in the right place

• Managing and monitoring necessary materials, drawings, instructions, and other documentation

• Realizing projects in accordance with schedule, budget, and (safety) laws and regulations

• Working airside on electrification, replacing and installing passenger bridges, 400Hz units, and platform lighting

• €3800 - €5900 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use

• Mobile phone and laptop

• Profit sharing

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)

• Working airside at Schiphol

• MBO+ work and thinking level, supplemented by an electrical engineering education

• Several years of leadership experience of a medium-sized technical (maintenance) crew, preferably in the infrastructure sector

• Certificates such as NEN3140, VCA VOL, GPI, Stipel or the willingness to obtain these

• A Schiphol pass including Civil Aviation Security Screening

• Knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools

• Knowledge of contract systems such as UAV(GC) and RAW is a plus

• Knowledge of civil engineering is a plus
