To supplement our team, we are looking for a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at Ufkes, you are ultimately responsible for the project organization, project realization, and total process progress for one or more construction projects. Your base of operations is our beautiful and easily accessible office in Apeldoorn, and of course, you will also be highly visible at your projects, such as our beautiful Park Marialust project in Apeldoorn.

As a Project Manager, you deal with the development and realization of (complex) construction projects. Additionally, you lead the project team, which consists of, among others, execution, procurement, and work preparation.

You maintain contacts with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers. In short; you ensure an efficient realization of the total (construction) process, where your role is crucial to the success of every project.

And furthermore:

• You coordinate procurement processes for the best quality-price ratio, fitting within the available budget;

• Monitoring and optimizing the schedule and researching optimizations regarding construction and execution methods;

• You follow up on our safety policy and make an active contribution to safety awareness;

• Monitoring periodic quality and costs, including providing reports;

• You actively contribute to a positive and professional team dynamic.

For this position, we are preferably looking for a candidate who already brings experience in a Project Manager role.

However, are you a starting Project Manager or a Senior Work Preparer who is ready for the next step? Even then, we cordially invite you to respond. We offer internal guidance whereby you gradually grow from smaller projects to larger and more complex projects, so that you can further develop in the role of Project Manager.
