Rail Infrastructure Power Supply Supervisor

• A completed MBO or HBO education in electrical engineering or a similar field;

• Experience as a supervisor in power supply, preferably within rail infrastructure;

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams;

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude;

• Knowledge of project management methods, MS Project, and UAV-GC;

• In possession of a valid VCA VOL certificate.;

• A good salary depending on the knowledge, level, and work experience brought, starting from € 3,961 to € 5,775 gross per 4 weeks

• 43 leave days according to the RIS;

You ensure that the power supply around the tracks runs like clockwork. As an experienced Rail Infrastructure Power Supply Supervisor at Dura Vermeer, you direct the work on-site and maintain oversight of everything related to overhead lines, power supply, and traction power. You work together with colleagues from track, cables and pipelines, overhead lines, and railway signaling. In this way, you ensure that every project is executed safely, tightly scheduled, and without hassle.

As a supervisor at Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you are responsible for one or more projects under the guidance of a first-class supervisor, general supervisor, or project manager, so that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan and budget, contributing to the realization of the project goal.

• Leading your team and subcontractors and coordinating the execution of rail infrastructure projects;

• Monitoring the planning, budget, and quality of the work;

• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations;

• Managing and registering project documentation;

• Directing and coaching the execution team to achieve optimal performance;
