Mid / Senior Overhead Line Supervisor

As an Overhead Line Supervisor, you are responsible for the safe and efficient execution of work on overhead line installations. You direct employees and subcontractors, monitor the planning, and ensure that the work is carried out according to the applicable safety and quality standards. Additionally, you coordinate activities with clients, the project team, and other involved parties and contribute to a reliable and available rail infrastructure.

• Responsible for the daily supervision of technicians, subcontractors, and work crews at project locations;

• Organizing and coordinating activities so that projects are executed safely, according to schedule, and within budget;

• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting work, personnel, and material schedules;

• Ensuring the availability of safe tools, equipment, drawings, instructions, and other project resources;

• Identifying risks, taking appropriate safety measures, and supervising compliance with laws and regulations;

• Coordinating progress with project leaders, clients, and other involved parties and contributing to improvements in execution;

• Supporting the work preparer and project leader.

• A one-year contract, followed by a permanent contract if it suits both parties;

• A good salary: € 3,905 to € 6,400 gross per month (Supervisor B or C), naturally depending on age and experience;
