Requirements

What we're looking for

You have completed at least an electrotechnical education (level 3);
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;
You have a VCA VOL or you are willing to obtain these certificates.

Nice to have

Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Languages

You have excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages, German is a plus;

The role

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily coordination and execution of EPC projects on-site in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. You monitor the progress, quality, safety, and planning of the works, coordinate closely with the Project Manager, and ensure that materials, tools, and subcontractors are deployed efficiently. You are the point of contact on the construction site and ensure that installation start dates are well-coordinated with the customer.

Additionally, you perform or request measurements and technical calculations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and provide support during testing, commissioning, and handover. You actively contribute to a safe, high-quality, and environmentally conscious execution within the project budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for every phase of the project.
