Tunnel Projects Site Manager

As a Tunnel Projects Site Manager, you lead the daily execution of complex tunnel projects. You manage teams and subcontractors and monitor planning, budget, quality, and safety. You are the primary point of contact on the construction site and solve technical challenges on-site. You ensure compliance with VCA standards and environmental requirements and contribute to innovative, sustainable execution methods.

• Leading the daily execution of complex tunnel projects

• Managing and coaching the project team and subcontractors

• Monitoring planning, budget, quality, and safety

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Solving operational and technical challenges on location

• Ensuring compliance with VCA standards and environmental requirements

• Contributing to innovative and sustainable execution methods

• Reporting on progress and results to the project leader

• €3,800 - €5,900 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use
