Are you an experienced Site Manager who excels in a dynamic logistics environment? Do you know how to successfully connect people, processes, customers, and results? Then we are looking for you.

For our ambitious location in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a decisive and entrepreneurial Site Manager. In this role, you hold ultimate responsibility for the operational, financial, commercial, and organizational performance of the location. You contribute to defining the strategy and translate this into execution. The goal is to build a result-oriented organization focused on sustainable customer relationships and to create a working environment in which safety and continuous improvement are central.

As Site Manager, you lead the Site Management Team and hold ultimate responsibility for the performance of the location and the associated P&L. You ensure that strategic objectives are translated into a clear operational course and know how to bring people along in changes and improvements.

At a strategic level, you are an important part of the contact with the customer and actively contribute to the further growth and development of existing and new partnerships. Additionally, you work closely with supporting departments and fellow Site Managers to share knowledge, realize synergies, and further strengthen the performance of Rhenus as a whole.

In this role, you combine entrepreneurship with leadership. You drive for results and never lose sight of employee development, customer satisfaction, and safety. You know what is happening on the work floor and are visibly present within the organization.

• Ultimately responsible for the entire location, including financial results, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Leading, coaching, and developing the Site Management Team.

• Translating the business strategy into a concrete site plan and operational objectives.

• Developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

• Identifying and realizing improvement initiatives in the areas of efficiency, quality, and service.

• Managing complex operational projects and change processes.

• Stimulating a result-oriented culture in which continuous improvement is a matter of course.

• Actively contributing to the further growth and development of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Netherlands.
