Internship Labor Market Communication and Recruitment Marketing in the Netherlands

Will you help us put aaff even more firmly on the map as an attractive employer? As an intern in our Labor Market Communication team, you can contribute in various areas. For example, you can work on content creation, social media posts, and ideas for campus recruitment. And do you know what else is interesting? With us:

What will you be doing as a labor market communications and recruitment marketing intern in Wageningen?

Under good guidance, you can take on great challenges during your internship. For example, as a team, we want to make strides regarding social media and new content. We would love to hear your ideas and will give you the space to take initiative.

• Planning and execution of our social media posts.

• Creating templates for social media and coming up with new concepts.

• Creating content for labor market communication. Think of supporting our team in adding and editing content on werkenbijaaff.nl.

• Thinking along about engaging activities to tell students about aaff as an employer.

• Knowledge and experience: you are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in communication, marketing, or another direction relevant to labor market communication or recruitment marketing.

• Skills and abilities: you speak and write excellent Dutch, can think in a target-group-oriented manner, and can create engaging visuals and texts.

• Mentality: you dare to ask questions and can work independently on a task after explanation. From your fresh perspective, you share ideas and identify areas for improvement.
